Two additional daily round-trips on existing passenger rail corridor, up to 15 new cars (TBD), 8 miles of new track, existing PTC applied, improve freight capacity by separating passenger and freight rail traffic. No federal funds yet identified. NEPA not permitted until there are federal funds per FRA.
